Shell Cleaning: For flossy finish gently use rubbing compounds. For flat/non-glossy finishes gently use warm water and mild soap.
Interior Cleaning: Wash removable pads with regular machine washing and air drying. Use bacteria and mildew eliminating products. We recommend changing a helmet every 3 to 5 years.
Vent Cleaning: Remove pads, if possible, and use compressed air cans to blow the debris from the ventilation system
Setup: As you are riding up the face of the jump start carving or turning.
Lean in: Lean forward and use the same leg as the direction you are turning to push against the frame with the inside of your leg.
Relax: Your weight should continue to fall to the inside and your bike will begin to float out. When the rear end starts to come out you want to loosen up your outside leg a little.
Countersteer: At the apex of the jump, push your handlebars towards the outside, pointing it up towards the sky.
Spot landing: Straighten your handlebar out and transfer your weight back to your outside leg to push against the frame and straighten out rear end of bike.
Touch down: Have the handlebars in the direction that you're traveling. Make sure both feet are planted on the pegs and your knees are in to help support the landing.
Roll out: You should be traveling perfectly straight, in total control and able to sit down, relax, and ride it out.
