Waxed cotton fabric on the main body of the Alpinestars Spartan Jacket break up the typical polyester and polyamide shells to provide a more organic feel in hand. Water resistant treatment on the shell keeps water beading away during light rain showers while side and back zippered vents help to exhaust hot air out of the jacket. A removable thermal liner helps to hold in heat during those cold rides and CE level 1 armor at the elbows and shoulders protect against impacts. Upgrade the armor protection by adding in chest and back armor (sold separately).
