first bought the Thor quadrants but sent them back due to the tall toe box(hard to shift) then checked out the alpinestars tech3 and was not impressed with its overly plastic approach, so I ordered these and was very impressed from the time I opened the box! very well made with good quality materials and they fit and feel great, size is right on so order your true size, buckles are very strong and well made, great build quality and stitching! protection seems very good and i can tell after only one ride that break in will be quick. seems like a boot that should cost $300.00+
